Refund & Cancellation Policy

ESCO FINTECH provides professional services for TDS, GST, Income Tax and related compliance. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how we handle requests related to cancellation of services and refunds of fees.

1. Nature of Services

Most of our work involves professional time, preparation and filing of statutory returns. Once work has been substantially completed or a return has been filed, the related fee is generally non-refundable.

2. Cancellations Before Work Starts

  • If you decide to cancel a service before we start any work, you may inform us immediately.
  • In such cases, if no significant time has been spent, we may consider partial or full refund at our discretion.

3. Cancellations After Work Has Started

  • If work has already started (data review, preparation, draft computation, etc.), fees for the work done up to that point will be chargeable.
  • Once a return or form has been submitted on a government portal, the fee for that service is not refundable.

4. Duplicate Payments

If any duplicate or excess payment is made by mistake, please contact us with details. After verification, such amounts may be adjusted against future services or refunded, as appropriate.

5. Delays & External Systems

Delays or issues caused by:

  • Government portal downtime
  • Network issues
  • Incorrect or delayed data provided by the client

are outside our control and will not normally qualify for a refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

For any request related to refund or cancellation, please email us with:

  • Your name and office name
  • Date of payment and amount
  • Type of service
  • Reason for request

We will review the request and respond within a reasonable time.
